Photograph Album - 'Recent'

Pretty bang up to date - at 50 1/2, the first photograph on this website taken with my new digital camera, in self-timer mode. Taken around January 2002.

Staring into the camera in my study! Probably taken around October/November 2002.

In June 2003 I commenced doing the 'Atkins' diet. Taken on 8 November 2003, when my weight was around 70.7kg (loss to date of 27.3kg). My target weight is 65kg and I have set end-March 2004 as the date I hope to reach this. The panel below shows 'before' and 'after' photographs.

The picture on the left was taken in Tenerife in November 2002, but my weight (around 98kg) remained pretty static until I commenced the diet on 15 June 2003. The picture on the right was taken on 15 February 2004 when my weight was about 64.8kg (a loss of 33.2kg). I have now slighlty surpassed my target of 65 Kg.

This was taken at the end of September 2004 and seems to be one of the most 'in focus' images I have managed to take with my digital camera.

A photograph taken in October 2011, when I was about 59 and some months, near Calasparra (Murcia Region, Spain) at the Santuario Nuestra Sra. Virgen de la Esperanza (Our Lady of Hope Sanctuary); the water behind me is the River Segura.
